Our Beginning
Fleffers Jerk and Nuts was founded in 2025 by Bethany and Kurt Fletcher. We started making Beef Jerky and Nuts for family and friends during the holidays. After years of convincing, we decided to start Fleffer's Jerk and Nuts. Our goal is to create unique and delicious Beef Jerky and Roasted Nuts for your family and friends.
Why "Fleffer's" when your last name is Fletcher? Bethany & Kurt got married on the beach of Galveston, Tx at sunrise with only the minister & the photographer as witnesses. The minister concluded the private ceremony with "I'd like to introduce Mr. & Mrs. Kirk & Brittany Fleffer". Fleffer (instead of Fletcher) just kind of stuck.
