Our Beginning
Fleffers Jerk and Nuts was founded in 2025 by Bethany and Kurt Fletcher. We began our journey by crafting delicious beef jerky and roasted nuts for family and friends during the holidays. After years of encouragement, we decided to launch Fleffer's Jerk and Nuts. Our mission is to create unique and flavorful beef jerky and roasted nuts, infused with our special blend of spices and secret ingredients, perfect for sharing with your loved ones.
You might wonder why "Fleffer's" when your last name is Fletcher. Bethany and Kurt tied the knot on the beach of Galveston, TX, at sunrise, with only the minister and photographer as witnesses. At the end of their intimate ceremony, the minister mistakenly introduced them as Mr. and Mrs. Kirk & Brittany Fleffer, and the name just naturally stuck.
